Flexible working hours
Celé STRV má průžnou pracovní dobu takže práci můžete dělat kdykoliv vám vyhovuje, kromě daných meetingů. Některé projekty nebo departmenty jsou ale více náročné na meetingy a deadliny takže tam už se ta flexibilita trochu vytrácí. V každém případě ale nejsou žádné "Core Hours" ani 9-5
Work in a team of young people
Průměrný věk v STRV bude kolem 30let, teambuildingy a jiné akce také odpovídají tomu že ve společnosti je spoustu mladých lidí. Společnost se také snaží chovat jako americká, což se jí v některých oblastech daří a to může také nalákat převážně mladé lidi. V STRV je také snaha o motivaci, posouvání svých limitů a edukaci ať už v oboru samotném nebo jiných lifestyle věcech.
