Nejvíce si cením že mám práci a můžu se spolehnout že peníze dostanu včas
Špatná komunikace a menší informovanost o změnách a budoucnosti ve firmě

Možnost kariérního růstu. Práce na nejlepších výrobních strojích. Rozmanitá výroba, spousta druhů zakázek a hodně pracovních možností. Práce v čistém a udržovaném prostředí. Přesčas nikdy nebyl problém. Dobře a vždy včas proplacená práce.
Návrhů na vylepšení bylo víc. Ale vzhledem k porovnání s navštívenými společnostmi doposud moje nejlepší výrobní místo.
