Moje první pracovní zkušenost, velmi ochotné a nápomocné kolegyně, naše oddělení drželo pohromadě jako správný tým, dalo se spolehnout na ostatní, vedoucí s námi jednala jako se sobě rovnými
Komunikace s ostatními odděleními, např. časté neshody s oddělením výroby, kdy nechtěli akceptovat různé normy a naše oprávněné požadavky na kvalitu; nemožnost práce z domova
