Ochotní a schopní kolegové jsou jediný důvod, proč zůstat ve firmě Peveko.
Vedení firmy je zcela amatérské, bez zájmu o potřeby zaměstnanců, nedokáží ocenit práci svých zaměstnanců, protože netuší, co kdo vlastně dělá, pouze slibují, využívají zaměstnance, velmi nízké platy - vždy se najde důvod, proč zkrátit nebo nevyplatit prémie, směšné benefity, 20 dní dovolené. Velmi špatný zaměstnavatel.

Slusny pristup k ludom.
Samozrejme plat. Je to vicemene,rodinna firma a za tie roky sa tam vystriedalo asi 5 riaditelov. Trochu zastabilizovat.
