Výborný kolektiv a přístup k zaměstnancům na Brněnském call centru. Pravidelné akce, zábava v kanceláři.
Trošku občas selhával management v tom slova smyslu, že nesmyslně dosazoval na pozice nezkušené a často ne příliš schopné lidi. Od toho se taky odvíjí velice nízké platy. Žádný manažer, který měl nadstandartní schopnosti by tam určitě nešel kvůli penězům. Schopná manažerka byla snad jen vedoucí celého centra, která to ale dělala spíš z vášně.

Výplata chodi pravidelne. Dostala licenci ČNB
Meli by se více zajímat o názor svých podrizenych,meli by spravedlive financne oceňovat sve zaměstnance. Meli by si více uvědomit, kdo jim firmu drží. A meli by znát lokality kam se půjčky poskytují a podle toho hodnotit svou práci manažerů

přátelští spolupracující kolegyně a kolegové
člověk pro britský i český nejvyšší management IPF nic neznamenal, jen číslo a co z něj lze nadojit. Určitě by bylo lepší zvolit etičtější přístup nejen k zaměstnancům.
