Jsem rád za firmu, která má drive, jasnou vizi a které se daří. Někdy vládně zmatek a velké množství změn, ale to je v rychle rostoucích firmách standardem. Práce je dynamická a je pro lidi, kteří mají rádi cvrkot, nechtějí stereotyp a jen "chodit do práce". Po přestěhování na novou adresu se mi líbí nové prostory a celkové zázemí (5 minut na metro).
Velké množství změn často vede k tomu, že dochází k různým přešlapům a chybám. Ale jsem rád, že ty změny můžeme realizovat, což v běžném korporátu je téměř nemožné.

S možnostmi, které ve firmě nacházím, dává mi to prostor ovlivnit svoji práci, naučit se nové věci a zažít úspěch. V současnosti i s nastavením firemní kultury, vytvářejí ji fajn lidé. Namísto konkurenčního boje vznikají mezi kolegy pouta spolupráce.
Mohli bychom zapracovat na schopnosti reagovat na změny s otevřenou myslí a vstřícností.
