Cením si otevřené možnosti vzdělávat se. Benefitem je mi přátelská atmosféra a inspirativní kolegové i prostředí. Oceňuji také úroveň poskytovaných služeb v rámci celé organizace.
Není mi příjemný občasný komunikační šum.

Otevřená komunikace, možnost říci si o zpětnou vazbu a nebát se kritického myšlení u sebe ani kolegů.
Občas různé šumy mezi lidmi, kteří si nedokáží říci věci na rovinu. To je ale o lidech, ne o Prostoru jako takovém.

oceňuji přístup kolegů, pokud mám problém nebo nějaký dotaz, vždy najdu někoho , kdo mi poradí

míra důvěry, resp. možnost samostatnosti, tvořivé prostředí
vnitřní inkoherece, nedotahují se dobré nápady, korporátní trendy

Firemní kultura Férové jednání Prima kolektiv Jako brigáda i adekvátní ohodnocení
Finanční stránka Rozvržení pracovní doby Granty a dotace... za toto nemůže zaměstnavatel, ale nastavení programů a předepsaná alokace peněz. V oddělení, kde jsem pracovala nebyly (s přihlédnutím k náročnosti práce) výplaty, ale almužny, zatímco tisíce byly investovány do zbytečností. Postrádala jsem smysl a přínos pro společnost, naopak jsem v určitých situacích měla pocit, že svou prací mohu podpořit vznik další skupiny zneužívačů soc. systému.
