Vedení si myslí, že snědlo všechnu moudrost světa. Neumí pochválit, neustále kritizuje. Od zaměstnanců sbírá drby a sám je šíří dál. Pan/paní XY o Vás říká je jeho běžná forma kritiky a vytváření tlaku.
