Základ byl malý, ale velké odměny při plnění plánu. Plnění tohoto plánu bylo reálné. A celkově nemůžu nic říct špatného ohledně chování zaměstnavatel x zaměstnanec, byla jsem zde spokojena. Odešla jsem kvůli pracovní době nevyhovující k malému dítěti, ne kvůli nevyhovujícím podmínkám zde.
Asi ani ne - jednání zaměstnavatel x zaměstnavatel bylo férové.

Pružná pracovní doba, neformální prostředí.
Plat. Špatná komunikace uvnitř firmy. Od majitele k vedení a od vedení (nadřízených) k zaměstnancům. Uskutečnění porad (absolutní absence) by prospěla.
