S volnou pracovní dobou, vlastní kanceláří a mobilním telefonem.
Malá flexibilita managementu - skoro až neexistující. Spíše než logické argumenty nebo výsledky bylo důležité jak dlouho jste ve firmě a jak moc umíte být hrubý či dokonce křičet na poradách. Firma neuměla reagovat na měnící se trh, zaspala dobu, kdy stále ještě žila v době své největší slávy někdy dvacet let nazpět.

Protože nemají vlastní názor opřený o zkušenosti a praxi, takže si myslí, že je mohou zformovat k obrazu svému. Člověk bez zkušeností nemá argumenty, takže snadněji poslouchá, což v Preciose vlastní názor moc rádi nemají.

Zaběhlá firma , jídelna. Dobrý personalista , I tmavovlasá co vyřizovala výstupní papíry. Dobře vybavená firma - laser, houbička, drát, chemie, tesař - nice
Status kvo hniloby neefektivní postupy. Depresivní uvažování. Předpojatost. Vedoucí nekvalifikovaní neefektivní lidé.
