Profesionální práce. Žádný amatérismus. Perfektní, byť poněkud přebujelá, metodika práce a její organizace. Docela slušné zacházení. Nároky na výkon, ale veškeré podmínky přepychově zařízeny.
Monotónost akcí. Za nadstandartní výkony standartní odměna. Typická korporátní byrokracie.
