Jobs fit for working parents
Myslím, že práce je vhodná pro rodiče s dětmi vzhledem k tomu, že je možné nastavit si začátek pracovní doby relativně brzo ráno (od 6.00 hodin) a tím pádem také dříve v práci končit. Týká se klasické 8,5 hodinové pracovní doby pro THP pracovníky.
Order and rules
Práce THP pracovníků je relativně hodně strukturovaná a řízená nastaveným systémem a pravidly, která je třeba pro dobré fungování procesů v rámci jednotlivých pracovních pozic dodržovat.

Možnost dodatečného vzdělávání Přátelská atmosféra na pracovišti Jistota
Varied work
Jednak je možnost výběru mezi více obory, které firma realizuje, jednak široká škála profesí, které zaměstnává. Dále v současné době nikdy nekončící změny jsou taky důležité mezioborové znalosti a adaptabilita na změnu.
