Informal work atmosphere
Myslím, že můžu z vlastní zkušenosti potvrdit, že ve firmě na jednotlivých pracovištích opravdu panuje neformální atmosféra. Jednotlivé divize mají pravidelné porady, kterých se účastní techničtí pracovníci. Tyto porady a případné další interní schůzky probíhají neformálně. Není vyžadován žádný dress code apod.
No overtime
Práce na jednotlivých pozicích je strukturována tak, aby si každý technický zaměstnanec mohl plnit své povinnosti v rámci standardní pracovní doby. Myslím, že k přetěžování pracovními úkoly na jednotlivých pozicích nedochází.

Možnost dodatečného vzdělávání Přátelská atmosféra na pracovišti Jistota
Varied work
Jednak je možnost výběru mezi více obory, které firma realizuje, jednak široká škála profesí, které zaměstnává. Dále v současné době nikdy nekončící změny jsou taky důležité mezioborové znalosti a adaptabilita na změnu.
