Po dvanácti letech dobře odvedené práce, bez prac. neschopnosti jsem byla nefér nejprve přesunuta na jiné pracoviště (snižují stavy zaměstnanců, ale výpověď pro nadbytečnost dát nechtějí) a tím vlastně nepřímo dotlačena dát výpověď sama.

Cenila jsem si toho ze me prijali po skole a zaucili.
Urcite bylo nizke platove ohodnoceni, byl problem s nedostatkem zamestnancu a diky tomu i s pripadnou zmenou smeny. Malokdy z centraly nekdo pochvalil, resilo se jen to , co bylo spatne. Spatne resena komunikace mezi prodejnou a vedenim.

Teď už je tu super kolektiv a super lidi...výplata vždy v čas . .... Pracovní smlouva na dobu neurčitou
Lépe rozvrhovat práci a zohlednit multibrendy oproti ostatním obchodům a to jak platově tak i počtem zaměstnanců či hodin na brigádníky

Jedině zkušenost s větší firmou než jsem dělal před tim než jsem tam nastupil
