dobrý kolektiv, jistota práce, dodržování dohodnutých pravidel
Více si vážit kvalifikovaných zaměstnanců, rozložit pracovní vytížení klíčových osob na více zaměstnanců

Kolektiv super. Ale za to pravě ten kolektiv se mění dost často, takže záleží na koho zrovna narazíte. Celkově atmosféra ve firmě za přitomnosti vedoucích je horší.
