Měl jsem volnou pracovní dobu, nikdo mě v podstatě nekontroloval, spolupráce byla založena na důvěře
Byrokracie v instituci, jakmile člověk něco potřebuje mimo to, co si obstará sám

Přátelské pracovní prostředí, žádný stres ani tlak, důraz na kvalitu práce, možnost skloubení osobního a pracovního života, možnost si napracovat hodiny a vzít náhradní volno, málo předpisů.
Zvýšit platy a odměny a prodloužit pracovní smlouvy.
