Záleži hodně jakou pozici deláte. V tyhle práci nejsou moc benefitu, dobře Vás nezaplatí ale strhnou s kuže. Mám ale bezvadní kolegy a skveleho šéfa.
určite bych pridal více pomoci a zamestnancu. Také bych lépe proškolil nováčky.

Spolupracovníci, na které jsem se mohla spolehnout a kteří se mi snažili vždy pomoci.
Zlepšení by určitě mohlo být v lepší organizaci práce - hodně práce na málo lidí.

Férové jednání, naprosto korektní přístup, perfektní kolektiv. Kdybych nemusel odejít z vážných rodinných důvodů, byl bych tam zcela jistě dodnes.

na některých pozicích se člověk opravdu nepřetrhne, takže volný čas se dá skvěle skloubit
Neschopný management, nulová možnost kariérního rozvoje a postupu, žádné uznání, podprůměrné benefity a vybavení kanceláří. Lidi to zhruba po roce prokouknou a jdou radši jinam.
