Stabilita komunikace v obchodu generální ředitel je férový (co řekne, platí) a přístupný k diskusi

Vedení největšího oddělení firmy - servisu - by se nemělo k zaměstnancům chovat jako v armádě. Jsou to zaměstnanci, ne vojáci! Poslední dobou vidím chyby ve vertikální komunikaci - zaměstnanci jsou přehlíženi Chyby v projektech a nápady na zlepšení jsou automaticky zamítnuty, aniž by se o nich diskutovalo (egoismus vedení servisu?)

Chybí směr a jasná komunikace od vedení společnosti. Špatný systém zaškolování. Velmi špatná komunikace mezi odděleními.

včasné zasílání výplaty na účet a přehledná výplatnice

testy které musí vyplňovat i ti zaměstnanci jichž se tyto testy netýkají a nikdy je k ničemu nebudou potřebovat
