Včas platí, bonus za docházku atd...
Špatná atmosféra, velká fluktuace lidí. Zaměstnávají cizince (PL, Ukrajina, Filipíny) - z toho plynou problémy ve výrobě, vlivem špatné komunikace. Spousta papírování jen na oko, audit za auditem. Špatná koordinace práce.

Ničeho,horší práci jsem za celý život neměla a to nepřeháním
Vedení ,úctu k pracujícím kteťí opravdu pracují a změnu finančního hodnocení.
