Různorodá práce, nové výzvy, prostor pro vzdělávání, možnost otevřeně říci svůj názor. Když chceš a umíš, žádná pozice není v této firmě nedostupná.
Určitě se dá zlepšovat komunikace mezi lidmi navzájem a napříč firmou, to je věčné téma. Všichni máme stejnou možnost, ale ne všichni ji plně využíváme a ne vždy jsme objektivní a dostatečně otevření a upřímní. Ale učíme se :).
