Učit se a rozvíjet se: interní systémy a předpisy, ceny za zneškodnění odpadu a služby firmy, jednání se zákazníky a především nové znalosti týkající se neustále se rozvětvující legislativy, nových druhů odpadů pocházející od zákazníků, vědět kam s nimi (jejich likvidace nebo recyklace) - do jakého zařízení, jaké dokumenty k tomu potřebuji, atd. Je toho hodně.
