Rozhodně na prvním místě je možnost rozvrhnout si vlastní čas a práci. Potom jeko benefit auto a telefon.
Celkový přístup k zaměstnancům. Firma má spoustu požadavků, ale hodnocení už nepřijde. Zlepšit funkčnost firmy. 1) Pokud si má člověk hlídat sklad, je potřeba zřídit přístup. 2) Zřídit někoho stálého na servisní linku. Pokud technik montuje, zbytečně ho otravujou telefonáty od lidí. Běžné dotazy by se dali směřovat na linku.

Práce s moderní technologií, která se stále vyvíjí. Práce v malém kolektivu.
Lépe rozložit vytížení jednotlivých pracovníků a rozdělit pravomoce.
