Jednání nadřízených, neuskutecnene sliby o navyseni platu ani po dalsim roce!! Neustálé zaučování nováčků kteří vydrží týden a dokonce snižování už tak nízkých platů na minimum

- Zaměstnanci jsou pro vedení odpad - Nízký plat - Jen 20 dnů dovolené - Mimo dotovaných obědů a dopravy do práce naprosto ŽÁDNÉ benefity!

Na firmě jsem oceňoval férové jednání mezi pracovníky, dnes se to bohužel už říci nedá.
Cílem je donášet a pomlouvat a v takovémhle prostředí se opravdu nechce nikomu dělat. Jednání managementu a vedoucí klamal.

Organizace. Poctivá práce za slušné peníze. Náročnější, ale k práci to patří.
3 směnný provoz. Ne vždy vstřícní nadřízení.

Velká a stabilní firma s komplexními službami pro svoje zaměstnance.
Meaningful work
Záleží na konkrétní pracovní pozici, ale ve firmě se provádí procesy od sváření dílů až po barvení, kompletizaci a expedici strojů a zboží.
