flexibilní pracovní doba
přístup vedoucího, která chtěla být v kopii každého emailu, nepochopitelné výčitky, že "neví", na čem pracuji... byla to přesně ukázka zrcadlení, kdy člověk si stěžuje na to, co mu vadí u jiných, ale přitom sám dělá ty věci, které mu vadí

Jelikož se jedná o HQ ve Švýcarsku který mě přijal s tím, že brzy skončím, protože stěhuje mnoho pozic do jiné země, tak jsem měla štěstí v neštěstí a během 4 let vystřídala 3 pozice a nabyla hodně zkušeností.
Zaměstnanci žili v neustálé nejistotě, že přijdou o práci. Firemní projekt, vytvořit Business Service Centre v jiné zemi vytvářel špatnou atmosféru. Po dobu mé přítomnosti se tak stalo mnohokrát a byl to také důvod mého ukončení spolupráce. Samozřejmě ne z mé strany.

Poukázky sodexo v roce 2018 to bylo 8500 Kč a každý rok navyšují. Cana obědů 25 Kč. Relativně fungující odbory, co se kulturního vyžití týče.
Výše mzdy, zvýšení benefitů za práci bez úrazů (400 Kč za 2. měsíce sodexo dárkový pass). Zredukovat vedoucí pracovníky ( zbytečně moc)

Dobrý plat, zajímavé benefity, možnost školení a získávání nových znalostí.
Časté změny ve vedení a organizaci, nekonzistentní přístup - chování manažerů neodpovídá firemní kultuře.
