oceňuji kladný přístup kolegů, benefity služební auto k soukromým účelům, příspěvek na životní pojištění, stravenky. Životní zkušenost, že člověk si musí nechat vše schválit a potvrdit písemně, jinak dojde k zamlčení dohodnutých věcí s nadřízeným.
S přístupem nadřízeného a jeho neférového jednání.

Silné finanční zázemí, výplata je vždy včas.
Ve výběru řídících pracovníků, méně soutěživosti a více přemýšlení. Společné hledání cest a podpora "měkkých" dovedností. Cesta od negativního a direktivního řízení k rozumu a dát lidem prostor k vlastní realizaci a zodpovědnosti. Chybí čas na odpočinek, 24 hodin denně a 7 dní v týdnu na telefonu. Tato firma vás v první řadě zbaví přátel, potom rodiny a nakonec i vašich koníčků.

Finanční zázemí,fajn kolektiv,časová flexibilita.
Časově náročná práce neoceněná ze strany vedení společnosti. Sedm dní v týdnu na telefonu.
Varied work
Každý den v práci je jiný, člověk řeší věci obchodní, personální, marketingové. Setkává se s různými lidmi, požadavky a potřebami.

Benefity pro zaměstnance. Vedení vysílá jasné a srozumitelné vize.
Více akci pro zaměstnance, aby cítili, že je o ně dobře postaráno a neměli chuť měnit pozici.
