Původnímu vedoucímu dávám všechna srdce, nástupci po něm ne. Dostala jsem výpověď, přestože neměl zanalyzováno, kdo má jakou pracovní náplň a i přes námitky spolupracovníků, se kterými jsme byli naprosto semknuti , flexibilní a spolehliví na 100%.
Ustálit vedení, sltále se mění a rpto nemže být pracovní výkon stabilní. Dále by si mělo RIo Media určit správnou strategii vedení společnosti, aby jim nevznikaly ztráty
