Jsou zde odpovídající nástupní mzdy, je zde transparentní odměna za práci - za výkon, férové jednání

Vedení společnosti, mistři a předáci chtějí po zaměstnancích jen jedno - aby si plnili si své pracovní povinnosti. Procesy jsou zde nastaveny. Stačí je jedno, aby každý dělal jen to, co musí, nic navíc a bude klid a pohoda - samozřejmě ze strany zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance.

Opportunity to learn new things

Každá pracovní pozice tuto možnost nedává. Já ve své práci možnost učit se novým věcem mám.
