Ve firmě pracujeme stále na nových projektech, do kterých se lze aktivně zapojit a nepracovat pouze jen na rutinní práci. Aktivita je v rámci firmy vidět a je odměňována třeba i možností pracovat na nových věcech a kooperovat s ostatními odděleními.
Jistota nekonečné hromady práce pořád dokola za menší platové podmínky .Tato firma prosperuje jíž skoro 30 let na trhu a jen tak neskončí. Toto zaměstnání bych doporučil lidem kteří nemají vlastní názor a nechají se vést za ruku.
