Dostupnost profesionálního nářadí a vybavení k práci.
Firma nepořádá žádné team buildingové akce pro "poslední" zaměstnance - dělníky. Pro vyšší posty jsou tyto akce několikrát ročně. Není v tom závist, ale myslím, že právě tyto aktivity mohou přispět k větší pohodě mezi zaměstnanci a vytvářet tak příjemnější pracovní prostředí, vedoucí k větší výkonosti a produktivitě těchto zaměstnanců. Zkušenosti z jiných zaměstnání jsou toho důkazem.

Líbí se mi ranní pružná pracovní doma a že se nepracuje během víkendů.
Nemožnost home office, žádné sickdays a nízké stravné.

rozmanitost práce
pracovní nasazení některých spolupracovníků neodpovídá jejich finančnímu ohodnocení = lidé který se vezou mají stejné nebo podobné finanční ohodnocení jako ty, co svojí práci dělají řádně a zodpovědně
