Chápu že zákony trhu jsou neúprosné ale jistě by neuškodilo finančně podpořit (motivační program) stále a spolehlivé zaměstnance. Když vidíte majitele firmy v nových autech a následně posloucháte že firma nemůže přidat, není to dobrá vizitka.
