kolektiv na zdravotním úseku je velmi dobrý a můžeme se na sebe spolehnout. Zaměstnavatel vždy platí včas !! Společnost naslouchá zaměstnancům !
Zatím bojujeme s nedostatkem personálu :-)

Ochota zaškolit personál. Nabídka benefitů v podobě zaměstnanecké stravy, tábory pro děti, příspěvek na spoření...
Neférové jednání hlavního vedení. Nedostatečné mzdové ohodnocení.

jméno velké firmy - stabilní zaměstnavatel, jistota pravidelné výplaty, různé benefity(příspěvek na důchod.poj., na stravu,..), vstupenky do Aquafora, jazykové kurzy zdarma, možnost dalšího vzdělávání , Vánoční benefity, tábory pro děti zaměstnanců
možná zlepšit odměňování stálých zaměstnanců - např. benefit v podobě více dní dovolené nebo tzv.sick days , pravidelný růst mezd,13.plat
