Možnost profesního i osobního rozvoje, férové jednání, podpora v rozvíjení a uplaňování toho, v čem můžu být dobrý. Nejvýznamnější je ale přátelská atmosféra firmy rodinného typu a super kolegové.
U malé firmy ovlivňuje nevíce věcí tržní prostředí, ve kterém firma podniká. Co ale firma může zlepšovat vždycky je profesní rozvoj svých zaměstnanců. Odborných školení není nikdy přebytek :-)

Cením si skvělého přístupu, přátelské a pozitivní atmosféry. Toho, že LESENSKY.CZ moji práci umí ocenit. Super kolektiv! Moc se mi tu líbí :)
NIC mě zrovna teď nenapadá, takže asi NIC :) .....Možná jen tedy dostávat stravenky na obědy nebo nějaký příspěvek na oblečení :)
