Jistota zaměstnání - společnost se neustále rozrůstá, o práci tu tedy nouze není.
Společnost neustále kupuje nové hotely, čímž by teoreticky mohla mít tu nejlepší možnou pozici na trhu - vzít si z nových hotelů to, co funguje, a aplikovat své postupy na to, co moc nefunguje... Místo toho slepě aplikují své postupy hlava nehlava. Postupy, které se zřejmě nezměnily od založení firmy. Hotel má na něco svůj systém? Smůla, jsme tu my s našimi excellovými tabulkami... To se v hotelnictví samozřejmě velmi ví, a tak jakmile zaměstnanci zjistí, že jejich hotel kupuje Czech Inn, hromadně odchází. A Czech Inn dále a dále kupuje nové a nové hotely, ale nové zaměstnance už nenabírá... Zároveň tu nejsou žádné benefity pro zaměstnance. Žádná Multisportka, žádný Flexipass, ani žádné slevy na pobyty v řetězci (!), nic...

S pristupem k praci, nevsimavost k napadum a novym trendum, stagnace..
