Jediná opravdová výhoda byla, že mzda v dohodnuté výši mi chodila včas.
Ryba smrdí od hlavy. Sociopatický přístup k řadovým zaměstnancům spojený s aktivním donašečstvím tuto firmu totálně degraduje.

Nejvíce jsem si cenil dobrého kolektivu a zázemí, které firma nabízí. Firma je a bude stabilní, výborné zázemí, pěkné pracovní prostředí. Co bych vytknul, je určitě horší komunikace ze směru vedení firmy, níže na podřízené. Jinak pro mě výborná zkušenost a super start pro vybudování kariery.
Zlepšit komunikaci, posouvat věci více kupředu, na všechno je bohužel pořád moc a moc času, za mě to firmu pak staví do role, kdy má zastaralé procesy, které se už v jiných firmách řešili před léty. Více benefitů pro zaměstnance, téměř ani teď žádné nejsou. Zavedl bych firemní kulturu, body ve smyslu proč Bachl, v čem jsou dobří, proč tam mají lidé jít pracovat i tím si pak mohou zvýšit šance na lepší zaměstnance.

Protekcionalismus,rodinný podnik,nemožnost karierního růstu,špatný přístup vedení
Jobs for people with no work experience
Žádné zkušenosti,ani pracovní,ani odborné nejsou třeba,pouze jednotvárná manuální práce.
