Skvela parta lidi, kteri se zajimaji jeden o druheho. Vsichni firmou ziji a snazi se ji posouvat dopredu. Moznosti skloubeni pracovniho a soukromeho zivota jsou skvele. Vedeni je ferove a snazi se vychazet vstric jak jen muze. Vzajemna duvera je klicova.
Jako v kazde firme i tady sem tam neco zaskripe. Nektere veci se resi na posledni chvili, nektere veci se nekomunikuji dobre, nekdy se neco nepovede. To k tomu vsemu ale patri.

S pracovním kolektivem - sešla se tu parta moc fajn lidí, kteří se k sobě chovají přátelsky, s respektem a úctou.

I appreciate flexibility the most - I can work wherever I want and in most cases at whatever hour I want. I can take a break during the week and work during the weekend instead. Our team is also trying to squash all the meetings to specific days, so I have more time to work without any distractions.
More developers would be very appreciated.

I'm happy I'm learning how to lead a group more effectively and fairly - my current manager is one of the great ones whom are determined to support and encourage me to become the best leader I can be. I'm excited to watch where the company goes with its new products, and I'm delighted and proud to be a part of it. I aim to be a greater part of it one day, and I hope to be given the opportunity to be a larger part of its growth based on my expertise and absolute loyalty to the company.
Fortunately, as we continue growing, we are in a good situation to have a voice and make smarter decisions in many aspects of the job. Perhaps there is room to improve with better communication in some areas, but as I previously stated, this can and will improve in time. I aim to be in a much higher position one day, but based on my language skills, I believe that upper management prefers to only speak their native language, therefore I may not have the opportunity until I completely understand this and learn the language.

Malá, progresivní IT firma se slušnými, schopnými lidmi. Zkušený management. Příjemné prostředí.
Nerespektování individuality. Byznys někdy na úkor nejvěrnějších uživatelů.

Firma sídlí v příjemném coworkingovém hubu na Andělu.
