Momentálně když tak hlavně s mým nadřízeným jsem nejvíce spokojený. Vše ostatní je takový průměr.
Jak to tak bývá vždy se najdou lidé - kolegové, kteří Vám vaší práci znepříjemňují. Benefity zde neexistují. Firma se trochu zasekla v 90. letech. Jsme hodně podřízení diktátu naší německé pobočky ve Flossu byť jsme součástí francouzské firmy Nexans. Některým oddělením je lepší se vyhnout, protože tam pracují vyloženě konfliktní lidé. Například stůl pro elektrickou zkoušku kabelových sad. Člověk co se neumí chovat k lidem a nejde s ním nijak vyjít. Je tu dlouho a dlouho bude a přesto se k němu hledá opět další kolega a opět to skončí úplně stejně. Takto už odešlo mnoho kolegů po několika měsících. Jsem rád, že pracuji na jiném oddělení.

Práce je sice někdy i náročná, ale není složitá na pochopení a většinu věcí Vám pomůže a ukáže jakýkoliv kolega.

Většinu věcí Vás v této firmě naučí. Proto se hodí i pro mladé lidi po škole. Jediné co je potřeba a to všude je dobrá komunikace. Mít správnou docházku a včasné příchody a nebýt konfliktní typ.

Byla jsem zde spokojená,práce mě bavila,byla tam parta prima lidí.Nyní firma zrušila celou výrobu,zůstane zachován sklad a logistika.Škoda,že se majitelé přeorientovali na levnou prcovní sílu a stěhují výrobu do Rumunska
Za těch 15 let to šlo od devíti k pěti.Češi jsou pro majitele moc drazí

Hodně jsem se naučil jak pracovně tak v životě.
Cíle firmy byly jinde a nyní je celá výroba přesunuta do jiného státu
