Presna pracovni doba, hodiny navíc se vybíraly. Prispevky standartní.... dělnické pozice značně fimamcne roztroušené. Enormní rozdil ve mzdách vedoucich a dělníků s THP pracovniky.
Prostředí montáže, tepeneho zpracování a hlavně finiše. Zaměstnavatel nereaguje na zvyšování mezd. THP pracovníci doslova trpí pri vedrech v neklimatizovanych kancelářích a provozech....
