Ne v celé firmě se uplatní lidé bez zkušeností nebo konkrétního vzdělání. Lidé bez zkušeností se uplatní pouze na dělnických a nejnižších pozicích. A ještě ne úplně každý.
Firma má stabilní a silný výrobní program. Nemá výrazné např. sezonní výkyvy výroby a tedy nestane se Vám, že nabere a zanedlouho zase propustí zaměstnance. Váží si zaměstnanců, které zaučí a má zájem o dlouhodobou spolupráci.
