Zázemí velké společnosti. Hodně výzev.
Nejasnost v základních koncepčních věcech. Ne úplně jasné rozdělení agend. Časté personální změny napříč celým spektrem firmy.
Opportunity to learn new things
Je zde práce, na kterou například nejsou ve firmě lidé, proto se přidělí agenda k jiné pozici, která by zkušenost s touto prací jen tak nezískala. Vnímám to jako plus.
