Pravidelný plat ve stabilizované firmě. Kvalita některých kolegů,kteří postupně odchází do důchodu.

Bohužel nekompetentnost manažerů,kteří vedou oddělení bez praxe. Mezilidské vztahy.Prostředí open space.Strach kolegů říci svůj názor.

pravidelná výplata připsaná vždy včas 6 dne stravenky zcela zdarma příspěvky na penzijní spoření

stres z neplnění plánu, příliš velké plány často nebylo možné si vzít dovolenou v potřebný čas
