Opportunity to work during studies
Mají možnost zvolit si dny, kdy mohou pracovat. Například jen víkendy. Je dobré, že to není práce na HPP, tudíž si můžete víceméně říct sami, kdy by se Vám to nejvíce hodilo.

Určitě vice pomůcek k poskytování ošetřovatelské péče - pomucky k polohovaní pacientů. Lepší vybavení jak pokojů pacientů, tak místností pro personál.
