Ať se snažím sebevíc, nenacházím nic, co by se dalo ohodnotit pozitivně.
Absolutní katastrofa. Firma se svým fungováním a přístupem k lidem vrací zpět do 90. let. Navenek společnost působí profesionálně, stabilně a vyrovnaně, skutečný stav se však projeví až po delší době působení uvnitř firmy. Dlouhodobě je patrné nerespektování zaměstnanců, časté přijímání a propouštění lidí bez jasné koncepce a styl řízení, který vytváří tlak a nezdravé pracovní prostředí. Firemní kultura je zatížena napjatými vztahy a problematickou komunikací. To, co se v této společnosti děje, je zarážející a neodpovídá standardům moderního pracovního prostředí.
