Svoboda v praci a atmosfera kde se citim fajn. Zadne formalni procesy, otevrenost a pochopeni.
Nemame moc benefitu, ale mame slusne mzdove ohodnoceni. Multisport karta by se hodila.

Nas sef je s nama spis kolega, mohu se ucit nove veci a podporuji me v dokonceni Mgr. studia ktere jsem nestihla ve standardni dobe.
Nemame benefity (stravenky, slevy).
Jobs fit for working parents
Protože až na výjimky je možné pracovat z domova nebo z kavárny, případně není problém vzít si s sebou dítě na 2 hodiny do práce - pokud je třeba porada, nebo nutná přítomnost.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Roman s Petrou mají zkušeností až až a nebojí se je předávat.
