Celá naše pracovní skupina v této firmě byla především proto, že jsme si rozumněli a přátelství, které mezi námi vzniklo, bylo silnější, než nevýhody. Ale toto pozitivum samozřejmě není dílem zaměstnavatele.
Majitel svým zaměstnancům nevěří. V létě se člověk nezastaví a přestože jsme měli své stálé zákazníky a hodnocení kolektivu bylo velmi pozitivní (zejména přístup k zákazníkům), zaměstnavatel to nikdy neocenil. Firma hledí ze 100% na svůj zisk.

Jistota stálé práce
Velmi špatné chování vedoucích. Za tu dřinu nedostatečné platové ohodnocení. Chaos na prodejně, protichůdné příkazy od vedoucích, levá ruka neví co dělá pravá. Trvalo dlouho než jsem vyfasoval všechno co jsem měl.

Stálé místo, výplata chodila vždy v termínu.
Profesionálnější přístup vedoucího pobočky - jak k pracovníkům, tak k práci - např. zdokonalení na PC atd.
