Co se týče HR, férové jednání, co řekli to platí, ale výroba je totální haus, a v hausu se pracuje velmi těžko.
Haus, nepořádek, někteří parťáci a předáki se chovají k lidma jako otrokáři.

Velmi slušný plat
Směny navíc a způsob jakým o ně byl zaměstnanec žádán. Naprosto nepřijatelné chování vedoucích na těch nejnižších pozicích.

Nepoctivý přístup k zaměstnancům, zvýhodňování manažerů na úkor řadových zaměstnanců, jednotlivá oddělení netáhnou za jeden provaz, velice špatný tok informací přes jednotlivá oddělení a k zaměstnancům, neprofesionální přístup personálního oddělení, laxnost.

výrobní program firmy je skvělý
fluktuace u managmentu firmy a všeobecně nízké platy ve srovnání s jinými závody (týká se závodu Hodonín)

Momentálně je to již jen plat.
Změna managementu, vyhazování solidních lidí. Rušení veškerých benefitů pro firmy. Minimální orientace pro zaměstnance.

Bohužel nic. Dříve firma patřila k TOP zaměstnavatelům v regionu. Dnes už to bohužel není pravda.
Management není schopen adekvátně ocenit a udržet klíčové zaměstnance. Mám obavu, že není ani schopen rozlišit, kteří zaměstnanci jsou pro firmu ti klíčoví.
