Kolegové, se kterými se můžete a chcete setkávat i mimopracovně. Na některých divizích velmi lidský přístup, možnost home office, volná pracovní doba.
Obrovský rozdíl v přístupu k práci a lidem u různých divizí (co je v jedné divizi maličkost, to je v jiné divizi nepřekonatelný problém). Urputná snaha mít přesný a detailní plán na nepřesné a měnící se zadání, při vzniku jakéhokoliv problému se hlavně hledá jeden konkrétní viník (netýká se všech divizí).

atmosféra důvěry, kolegyality a dobrých vztahů. Férovost, jistota, stabilita.

Rodinné prostředí. Přátelská atmosféra, týmové zaměření. Péče o zaměstnance. Není problém dojít si k doktorovi, zůstat doma s dětmi, přizpůsobit si pracovní dobu. Zajímavé benefity a firemní akce.
