možnost práce na zajímavých projektech včetně mezinárodních projektů možnost učit se novým věcem velmi různorodá činnost, žádná rutina velká koncentrace velmi chytrých lidí

špatná (nebo spíš) žádná firemní kultura nedodržování interních předpisů nízká kvalita odvedené práce u některých jedinců bez snahy o nápravu chybějící procesy pro některé činnosti zbytečná byrokracie
