Jistota zaměstnání, dodržování zákonů, pěkné pracovní prostředí, příjemné vztahy na pracovišti,
Nahoře nejsou ti nejlepší, vede tu průměrnost až podprůměrnost, rozhoduje se bez ohledu na efektivitu a logiku,

výborná parta kolegů:-)
zkostnatělý přístup k novým nápadům, neochota k realizaci změn, potlačování vlastního názoru, neochota komunikace ze strany vedení a neférové jednání, naprostá absence efektivního adaptačního programu pro nové zaměstnance

Neférové a nečestné jednání přímého nadřízeného
Dobrý kolektiv podřízených, práce mě bavila.
No overtime
Náplň práce se nechá zvládnout běžně během pracovní doby. Mimořádné situace nejsou časté. Obvykle je řeší zaměstnanci, kteří drží pohotovost.
