i když se může zdát jako post-škodovácký moloch, je to dobrá pracovní zkušenost.
změny ve firmě se kominukují těžkopádně. omezené benefity v covidu nebyly obnoveny (firemní výuka jazyků).

Káva z automatu je zdarma tedy jen do hodnoty 14 Kč na den. Příspěvek na penzijní připojištění a volnočasové aktivity.
Vedoucí oddělení nerozumí problematice oboru jen hledají způsoby jak někoho potrestat. Odměnu za zlepšení nečekej to si nechají pro sebe. Jakýkoliv náznak toho že máš větší přehled než on se trestá. Není důležité najít způsob jak problém vyřešit(aby se neopakoval) ale hlavně najít viníka a toho potrestat.

Celkem dobrá firma se slušným prostředím, ale momentálně s nejistou budoucností kvůli úpadku zakázek. Na to samozřejmě přišlo i omezování stavů a bude tomu tak i v příštím roce.
