práce bez nátlaku, super nadřízený, uznání, minimální přesčasy
Chvíli trvá si zvyknout na to jaký je Metrostav kolos a jak je rozdělený - obrovské množství lidí. Papalášství tady pořád přežívá.

Spolupráce a týmový přístup. Adaptace nových zaměstnanců na pracovišti. Možnosti vzdělávání.
Ocenila bych úpravu/doplnění benefitů pro zaměstnance, např. vyšší příspěvek na penzijní spoření vyplácený hned od začátku pracovního poměru.
