Metrostav nabízí i přes velkou společnost osobní přístup. Podmínky a zázemí je na velmi dobré úrovni, můžete se zde soustředit na svou práci. Nikdy jsem se nesetkal s nátlakem na neférové jednání proti druhé straně (dodavatelé atd.) ze strany vedení. Možnosti osobního rozvoje jsou opravdu široké.
